Heart_Strings
Heart Strings is the title track for the CD Heart Strings. It is a composition featuring gentle flowing melody from multiple instruments creating a soothing and relaxing sound.
Hey_There
Hey There is an upbeat composition, light and airy with a memorable melody line.
Lively_Violins
Lively Violins is an upbeat composition, light and airy again with a memorable melody line. Fun to write and to listen too!
Bouquet
Bouquet is a gently flowing melodic work with triplets adding a unique characteristic to this composition. This is a nice instrumental work for relaxation.
Seascape
Seascape is one of those types of songs that makes you want to hold onto your most loved one in a close dance. A very pleasing and romantic composition.
Trail_Of_Tears
Trail of Tears is my attempt at bringing forward the heartfelt sense of loss and a basic representation of a Native American Indian music style. This piece sort of reminds me of the music in the 1992 movie starring Daniel Day Lewis called The Last of the Mohicans.
May_Days
May Days is a composition attempting to bring up the excitement and the awe of spring where everything sleeping in the ground begins anew, a rebirth, reminding us of the cycles of life.
Sonata_In_C_Major
Sonata in C Major is a relaxing piece with a unique sound and multiple rhythmic beats. This is a small group ensemble piece adding woodwinds to an otherwise string based composition.
Cryin_Game
Cryin Game is one of my early attempts at writing a song. Written over 15 years ago it still sounds pretty good. I hope that is a good sign!
Close_To_Home
Close to Home is a song to remind you where to keep your heart. Gently flowing and enjoyable melody.
Nightwind
Night Wind was the title track to my original demo CD Night Wind for guitar. The piece was originally written for solo guitar. I arranged the music for different instrumentation for inclusion on the Heart Strings CD.
Come_To_Me
Come to Me is a quintet originally written for guitar. Arranged differently here for use on the Heart Strings CD. Melody driven.
