StringTunes is an independent music publisher of instrumental music located in Rockford Illinois USA. Situated approximately mid-state, on the northern border between Wisconsin and Illinois. The Rockford music community has a vibrant and active cultural base offering a wide variety of musical activities. We are glad to be a part of both the local and global music communities.
Our Vision – Our vision for the new StringTunes website is to help unify and streamline a special kind of “home” for the composers, instrumentalists, performers, luthiers, societies, organizations, associations and others who are directly involved with making acoustic, instrumental music.
This is a new beginning for us and maybe for you too. Instrumental music always competes with other genres of music and usually it is treated as the underdog. Here, it is top dog! The music industry is undergoing much change and likewise we must devise new ways for maintaining a business presence in the music community while serving others in a positive way. When all is said and done, the StringTunes website is about you and it is for you that this website will serve.
